If there was a problem with you order, please let me know and I will see what I can do. Carhartt pants cannot be exchanged to the store, but sometimes I have some in stock that I can change out to try to accommodate you.

ALL Carhartt and Duluth pants have been delivered.

The 5.11 Tactical pants have been special ordered, but I do not have a delivery date. I apologize for the delay.
