Recently we have seen an influx of company phones and tablets that for one reason or another have required technical support. When we go to fix the issue, the item is locked with a security pin, pattern, or fingerprint and our IT Department cannot get into the device.

ALL COMPANY PHONES AND TABLETS SHOULD ONLY BE LOCKED WITH A PIN NUMBER OF 5326.

THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL

If your device is owned by the company, it is not ok to set your own security preferences. Please change your preferences back to a pin of 5326 or see Cory in IT Department if you need help to do this.
