Sunday NCCER Testing – November 6th
Knowing how hard it can be to find time during the week for NCCER testing, Chris has arranged a special testing session Sunday, November 6th for NCCER Writtens or Practical Tests. Electronic Study Aids for NCCER Certifications
Recently, the Training Department developed electronic flashcards to assist with the Rigging and Mobile Crane NCCER Certifications. If you are working toward your NCCER Certification, please utilize the link below while you are studying. The flashcards render well on mobile devices and are easy to use. After your certification test, please help Chris by providing some feedback on the study aids.
Certifications for SLS Employees
We have gotten some questions from employees that would like to get their NCCER Crane Operator Certification or Rigging Certification. We are offering a self-study/tutor program for motivated individuals.
Step 1: Check out NCCER Book Kit from Chris Trejo
Two week check out period
First come first serve
Study on the employee’s own time
If you have questions while going through the books, get with Chris for tutoring on specific subjects or practice tests.
Schedule test date at time of book checkout
Step 2: Test
SLS picks up testing fees for first try practical and written
Retesting / Additional Training:
If the employee fails any part, the employee is responsible for retest fees
In the event of a second fail, the employee is responsible for scheduling tutoring with Chris. The tutoring will be available on Chris’ schedule, but the employee must do the tutoring/testing on their own time.
