Kimberly Runyon

Born in Phoenix, Kim grew up not far from Smiley’s main Phoenix office. Now living in Buckeye, she is engaged to another Smiley employee, Jason Meade. Jason and Kim originally met in elementary school but reconnected later in life. Kim and Jason have four children between them and are keeping busy chasing their five adorable grandchildren.

Kim came to Smiley after working in the contractor/construction industry since 1997. She started as a receptionist for Suntec Concrete and worked her way into the Account Payable and Payroll departments. She enjoys construction accounting and found a productive way to utilize her self-proclaimed OCD-perfectionist traits. Kim’s favorite part of working at Smiley is its family atmosphere. In fact, Kim shares an office with one of her best friends, Stacy Green.

In her spare time, Kim loves going to northern Arizona or out on the lake. Jason and Kim are recently Scuba Certified and own a boat that they take to Lake Pleasant regularly. Many summer weekends, Kim, Jason, and Stacy, can be found on the boat, listening to the song Margaritaville.
