Field Uniform Update (again) Thank you for your patience with this round of uniforms. I know everyone has been getting anxious to get their stuff and look stylish! Please check the conference table for your order. Everything with the exception of 13 pairs of Carhartt pants has been delivered and sorted. For those of you missing pants, Our Carhartt rep is watching the order this week for updated shipping. We are hopeful that they will ship soon and will be looking at alternative options if this is not the case. Key Card Update Due to some technical difficulties with the company completing the Mohave building key cards, the transition has been delayed. If you have not yet received your new card from the IT department, please leave your current card (with your name on it) in the box outside of the IT room first thing in the morning. Cory will create a new card for you and have it available at the end of the same day for pick-up in the same box. Reminders When Starting Your Workday As a driver, rigger or operator remember to follow these 11 steps. Inspect your vehicle and complete your DVR prior to leaving the yard. Assure that you have all your PPE and site safety signage. Confirm that all required documents for your vehicle and job site are in hand. Once on site, coordinate with the customer on setup location, JSA (customer or SLS provided) and discuss any hazards on the site. Stage crane and trucks, installing barricading and signage. Crane counterweight swing radius and any area’s that present a hazard to other workers must have barricading and signage.
