Leah came to Smiley after working at Tyco Integrated Security. At Tyco she wore many hats as an Install Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, Material Handling Specialist, and Service Coordinator. At Smiley, Leah enthusiastically jumped into our Bare Rental department bringing her organizational skills to work with Cole optimizing the Spydercrane bare rentals across the the United States.

Leah grew up in Glendale, Arizona and basically lived to play sports. Being the baby and only girl of the family, her brothers made sure to toughen her up as they claimed she was always the “spoiled one.” Her love of sports carried into her adult life and led her to her husband, Justin. Leah and Justin met while playing the game OTL -(Over the Line) which is a variation of baseball. Leah and Justin have been married for 8 years and keep busy raising their 4 teenage children. These days the entire family is involved in sports which leads to adventures all over the western United States with friends and family.

Leah’s favorite thing about Smiley is the small business environment and that her coworkers feel like family.
