She brought her organizational skills and excellent work ethic to the Tucson office and recently has been working out of the Phoenix Heavy Crane office. The upbeat environment and team-work attitude of her co-workers have help her to learn the industry quickly and enjoy her job. NO Smoking in Company Vehicles

No Smoking in Company Vehicles REMINDER- It is NEVER, under any circumstance, acceptable to smoke in a company vehicle. If you smoke, exit the vehicle, close all doors & windows, and smoke outside. Please properly dispose of any cigarette butts and do not leave them in the company vehicle. We have had numerous complaints of our vehicles stinking like smoke and making people not feel good. This is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to your Smiley teammates. Remember that the company vehicle belongs to the Smiley, not you.

What to Expect During OSHA Inspections OSHA Inspections A big part of OSHA’s enforcement effort involves inspecting workplaces. OSHA does not need to give advance notice of an inspection, so an inspector could knock on your door at any time. Officially, an inspection consists of three main phases: the opening conference, a facility walkaround, and a closing conference. In reality, the inspection begins before the opening conference, and before you even know that an OSHA inspector is looking at your facility. Meet the Team: Leah Klein - Bare Rental Coordinator Leah Klein Bare Rental Coordinator Leah came to Smiley after working at Tyco Integrated Security. At Tyco she wore many hats as an Install Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, Material Handling Specialist, and Service Coordinator. At Smiley, Leah enthusiastically jumped into our Bare Rental department bringing her organizational skills to work with Cole optimizing the Spydercrane bare rentals across the the United States. Leah grew up in Glendale, Arizona and basically lived to play sports. Being the baby and only girl of the family, her brothers made sure to toughen her up as they claimed she was always the "spoiled one." Job Site Leaks and Spills Equipment leaks are common and must be addressed and contained. Take precautions to prevent them if possible. We have spill kits available at the warehouse if you are on a site that requires one. If you are in the field and have a leak or spill, please contact Bob Haskins at (480) 651-3977 and he will arrive with the spill kit and absorbent pads.
